His major focus is supporting, building, facilitating investment projects and partnerships that can be offered to a broad spectrum of investors and businesses within the logistics and security industry as a whole, with Ghana and West Africa being his immediate priority. 


Throughout his career, Charles’s achievements were attained through his impeccable business acumen, strong leadership, strategic thinking, hard work and honesty. 


He understands the intricacies of international business especially when dealing with Africa and always advocates legality in every aspect, we are extremely privileged to have Charles on board Komankra.

Gary Stockton

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR


Gary's career profile stems from a Military logistics background having served 22 years in the British Army, Royal Logistic Corps (RLC) operating at senior management level reaching the rank of Warrant Officer Class 1. 


Gary spent 10 years of his military career supporting 16 Air Assault Brigade and throughout he has operated within a logistics role in support of military operations in Afghanistan, Iraq, Northern Ireland, Balkans, Cyprus, Poland, Falkland Islands, Germany and the UK.  


Since leaving the Armed Forces and over a four year period Gary has operated at management level in various Project Logistics roles in support of the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) operations across the spectrum of the Middle East. 


Gary has 29 years Project Logistics experience operating globally, one of his previous appointments was the Logistics Lead for Agility DGS where he was responsible for coordinating all logistics activity for the final drawdown of the UK Armed Forces leaving Afghanistan, the largest scale Military drawdown since WWII.  This project lead to Gary being approached to build a refugee camp named SAWRA (Hope) Village in Kurdistan on behalf of two Christian charities, this project received global recognition. 



Douglas Thornton

COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT


Douglas served 22 years in the British Army, Royal Logistic Corps (RLC).  He has operational experience which covers UK, Falkland Islands, Germany, Canada, Cyprus, Iraq and Afghanistan.  

Douglas has utilised his logistical skills and knowledge to assist in the coordination of an array of activities during the withdrawal for UK Armed Forces from Afghanistan for Agility DGS by providing Management of the ERP Stores Management System and on his return from the Middle East Douglas coordinated the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) Audit with the Home Office for Agility DGS; providing outstanding results and enhancing the reputation of Agility.  


Douglas is a Qualified Auditor, he has established both conformance and compliance systems using the  International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) where he developed and transitioned management systems which included;  AS9120RevB, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and OHSAS18001 (soon to be ISO45001) for an Aviation Disposals MoD Contract from business start-up.  


He is a seasoned qualified professional with Health & Safety, Business & Project Management, Auditing and Logistics skills and knowledge to drive any business forward to developing relationships and increasing revenues.  



Pete Allsopp MSyl GCGI MCGI

MD UK & DIRECTOR of SECURITY

Formerly a Warrant officer in the British Army, Pete is an accomplished trainer and intelligence analyst with a very broad range of training and management experience gained in both the public and private sectors.  Five years of which he was involved in conducting surveillance operations, as a team leader appointment in both hostile and benign environments, for UK governments and departments, often conducted at ministerial level. 


His later appointments in the Army saw him more involved with the design, delivery and management of surveillance training in all its many aspects utilised across the whole of the Intelligence surveillance spectrum, including teaching multi national students and UK agencies and departments.


Operating in Afghanistan his role included looking at the Combat Intelligence picture, the collection of intelligence, physical security and the briefing to stakeholders and agencies on threats and the battle plan. This included the design and the structure of Camp Bastion and the mitigation of the hostile threats posed to international troops. 


Pete was part of the only Covert Passive Surveillance (CPS) unit within the UK. Here he was involved in the leading of ministerial lead operations against UK threats including the penetration testing of several high-profile sites and individuals. He was also involved in the training of operators and liaison with other agencies and departments, including police forces. 


Pete has worked with many public sector organisations, including government departments, specialist police units, plus private sector organisations both large and small, within the UK and within Europe. He was involved in providing security advice and liaison with the police during the Commonwealth Games 2014.  He holds a recognised teaching qualification and holds a Preparing To Teach In The Long Life Learning Sector (PTLLS) level 4 awards. He has designed and delivered accredited intelligence and surveillance courses across the UK. Currently most of his work is focused on the teaching of intelligence, the intelligence cycle and how best to use the intelligence gained. This also includes implementing Open Source Intelligence (OSINT). 


Pete also conducts high level intelligence and surveillance for corporate clients, including UK government and several UK charities. He also conducts Physical and Protective security surveys and gives advice to high profile individuals and organisations on governance and security policy. 


He has designed, accredited and presented several security and intelligence courses which he has delivered to UK MOD, international defense clients and to corporate industry. Peter is active member of the United Kingdom (UK) Security Institute, and IAA cyber security group and several UK networking groups, all based around the intelligence and cyber community.  Peter also has his own bespoke Professional Investigator and Surveillance courses and involves himself with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and the Home Office (HO) to ensure that his polices and practices remain lawful and up to date. He also advises on terrorist and hostile threats to foreign clients, UK government departments and their environments. 

Bernadette Dawson - Amoah

Bernadette is a commercially focused organisational leader with a passion for supporting the achievement of business objectives through creative HR strategies and pragmatic interventions. 


As an experienced and versatile senior HR and OD professional, with a strong background developed through a blend of generalist HR and Learning and Development roles. 


She has found her greatest successes have been achieved in the areas of HR strategic planning, employee engagement strategies, mergers and acquisition (M&A), risk management, budgeting and financial projections, and Board and Management reporting; with over 10 years of multi sectorial and international experience at an executive level. 



Terence 'Mac' McKechnie

INSTRUCTOR / HOSTILE RISK ADVISOR


After  23 years in the British Army as an intelligence operator, Mac spent 5 years working as a security adviser, trainer and intelligence manager in the corporate and humanitarian worlds. As a security and programme access adviser with UNICEF, Mac devised and successfully  implemented strategies to safely increase health outreach to isolated communities. 


He has adapted these skillsets into the international security industry to provide consultancy to multicultural clients with a focus on preparing humanitarian and non-military  teams to work securely in hostile environments.

Ehunabobrim Nana Prah Agyensaim VI

MENTOR

Nana Prah Agyensaim VI will be able to provide advice on strategic project areas and emerging and developing business opportunities. He has the contact portfolio for all industry officials within Ghana. He has more than 40 years’ experience at senior management level in Public and Private Businesses. He is a Graduate of Metropolitan University of London and holds, LLB/BA (Hons) in Business law. He is a Barrister at Law and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Ghana. During his career Nana served as Member, Council of State - Ghana (Constitutional Presidential Advisory Board), Board Chairman of Perseus Mining Ghana Limited, Board member of Maxam Ghana Limited, Chairman of Ghacem Cement Foundation, Board member of Ghacem Cement Limited, Executive Chairman of Industrial and Engineering Service Ghana Limited, Board member of Bayport Ghana Limited, Consultant to PMI and Asante Mining Ghana Limited, Former Board Chairman of Tema Development Foundation. Nana is the Paramount Chief of Assin Owirenkyi Traditional Area (Assin Kushea), in the Central Region of the Republic of Ghana. He is also a member of the Central Regional House of Chiefs.

Bernard is a Director of Linked Group of company, Linked Properties, Linked Travel and Tour, Linked Sports Limited UK, he is the brain behind Linked Sports University, he advises entities wishing to invest in the football industry, specifically in relation to the business side of the game, he has had a spell role in football coaching and instructor in Ghana, UK and America with Challenger Sports Soccer camps through British Soccer camp, he has a strong network in Ghana football and England, he is CAF A and Level 3 licensed football coach and a member of Ghana and England coaches association, he has captained (UCFB Wembley) university Football Team for a season. 


Bernard has extensive knowledge in football business over 12 years in the industry and working across, he possesses the skills and knowledge essential for Managing Sports Organization, Sports Governance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Store Design and Visual Merchandising. He has also worked for England FA at Wembley National Stadium as entertainment event manager and lead a team during a high profile national and international sporting events, such as FA Cup Final, UEFA Champion’s league, Final,  and the NFL. 

Mr John Cooper QC

MENTOR

Mr John Cooper (QC) who is a renowned UK barrister and animal conservationist has kindly offered his support as our mentor.  John Gordon Cooper QC is a British barrister specialising in human rights and criminal law. He is also a broadcaster and politician. He is a member of the Bar of England and Wales, where he practices with 25 Bedford Row, and the Australian Bar. 


He has been chairman of the League Against Cruel Sports since 1996, and he was appointed honorary professor of law at Cardiff University in 2011.  He has a significant International practice representing clients all over the world. Most recently, he has been instructed in the well known case of Marrache a long running fraud trial in Gibraltar.  John Cooper QC, was Chair of the International Steering Committee and Prosecutor at the Iran Tribunal in The Hague. Two years since it was first initiated, the Tribunal has now delivered its Judgment.  


John Cooper QC has been named by The Times as one of the Top 100 Influential Lawyers of 2012 in the UK. He is also visiting Professor of Law at Cardiff University and a Master of the Bench at Middle Temple.  He has considerable expertise in private prosecutions being credited as a Grade 4 (most serious cases) Prosecutor.  John Cooper QC, has also been assessed as an A list (most serious) Attorney General Prosecutor.

We welcome Roy to Komankra as our ISO Application Business Agent covering Southeast Asia. His career to date has mainly focused on warehousing, logistics and engineering procurement operations in support of government organisations. 


His data analysis skills are exceptional, and he is a natural at capturing important statistical data under his own programming methods. Roy will be supporting our projects under a technical capacity and allow Komankra to reach out and explore other innovative products and services that will benefit Ghana.

Nodin Muzee - Bachelor of Arts (BA) Law Enforcement

Nodin Muzee started his career in the field of crime and security at the age of 17, he has 10 years of experience which spans 3 continents. He has been awarded the following degrees from various schools of criminology, Associates in Sciences Criminal Justice, Brookdale Community College New jersey, America. 


A Bachelor of Arts, Law Enforcement/International Relations, Shaw University, North Carolina, America. Postgraduate Diploma, Security and Organizational Risk Management, University of Leicester, England Basic polygraph course, Academy for Scientific Investigative Training, Cape Town, South Africa. 


Most recently, Muzee was the project director of Cyclops Defence Systems, a company that pioneered the use of the polygraph in Uganda, he has the distinction of being the only person with this training in Uganda and also the only individual licensed by the government of Uganda to operate in this field between 2013 to 2016. 


Muzee is a seasoned guest columnist on national security issues for the New Vision, Uganda leading national newspaper. He has written 25 articles centred around crime, security, suicide terrorism and policy responses.

Tang is a chartered certified accountant practicing with the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) which is the largest and fastest growing chartered accountancy body in the world. Being an ACCA member places Tang in the highest possible ranking of an accountant and financial advisor especially on issues related to taxation, investment, audit, business law and consultancy.


As a Doctor in Business Administration with specialization in Entrepreneurship. he also holds an MBA in Financial Management gained from London Metropolitan University, an MSc in International Business Management gotten from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.


Tang is a member of OHADA accountants operating mainly in West African businesses. He has worked with many multinational corporations around the world including UBA (United Bank of Africa), BICEC and currently H3P offering his services as a financial consultant to the London Stadium which is the busiest stadium in Europe. 


Tang has worked with individuals, small and medium-size organisations as well as big corporations helping them move their businesses and operations to new milestones.
